Matthew Echols
PROJECT MANAGER
Matthew Echols grew up in Melissa, TX and graduated from Anna HS where he was heavily involved in showing livestock and ag mechanics. He worked with Jason in the beginning early days while he completed his Bachelors Degree from TAMUC in Agricultural Economics. He spent 6 years away working in construction and industrial sales for Fastenal as a sales rep and sales manager. He returned in 2017 and has since helped handle our estimating, purchasing, project management, and operates the CAD and CNC programs for our plasma table.
Matthew is married to his wife Abbey and they have three daughters, Ellie Mae, Evangeline Pearl, and Slater Rae. He and his family are still involved in the livestock industry as they manage Echols Livestock where they raise quality show lambs. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, guitar, mandolin, banjo, and drums. He also plays in his church worship band.

Holly Glenn
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Hi my name is Holly Glenn I live in Leonard with my husband Trevor and two children Radlyn and Braylyn. When we are not working, we enjoy spending our time in the roping arena. I have been apart of the JGCW team since May of 2018. When you call the office, you will more than likely get to talk to me, and it is my goal to get you in the hands of the right person to make sure all your needs are taken care of. I look forward to talking to you!
